Training Seminar and Conference
June 23, 24 & 25, 2010
GENERAL INFORMATION
The 2010 C.L.E.F.I.A. Training Seminar and Conference will be held at the Highlands Ranch Law Enforcement Training Facility in Douglas County . This is a "hands on" seminar and attendees should be prepared for range activities. Each attendee should bring proper clothing to include rain gear, duty firearm, all related leather gear, eye and ear protection, and ammunition. 1,000 rounds of handgun ammunition. 1,000 rounds of rifle ammunition if you plan on taking any rifle courses. 250 rounds of shotgun ammunition (Slug, 00 Buck & Bird) for shotgun courses. Bring 100 rounds of frangible handgun ammunition for those courses that require it.
* Training courses are now offered on Wednesday afternoon, Thursday - all day, and Friday morning. In this way we are able to offer you more training topics allowing the opportunity to participate in those training topics you feel are relevant.
This schedule is tentative and subject to change.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The 20th Annual Training Seminar and Conference is designed for any law enforcement firearms instructor, and associate member, who wishes to improve and/or learn new skills and techniques. The vendor displays on the first day will provide attendees information on the newest products available for firearms training programs.
TUITION
The Training Seminar and Conference is $175.00 for C.L.E.F.I.A. members and $195.00 for non-members. This cost includes all registration fees, training materials, dinner on Wednesday evening at Red & Jerry's, and lunch on Thursday and Friday. You must be a member of C.L.E.F.I.A. to attend; however, your annual membership is included in the non-member tuition.
REGISTRATION
Registrations and payment must be received by June 15, 2010. Payment can be made by a check to C.L.E.F.I.A. or credit card.
